We have had various questions about this aspect of our shop, and have decided to detail our policy on a dedicated page for you. Delivery Schedules

At Ruggles we endeavour to dispatch goods within 1 working day. The delivery service is 1-2 days (for UK Mainland ONLY), but this isn't guaranteed. However, we have found that most seem to arrive after 1 day.

Shipping to UK Highlands and Islands may take longer. If you are worried about the progress of your order, please use the online contact page to send us a message. We will let you know the status by return.

 
Payment can be made online through our secure payment gateway (PayPal), either with a paypal account, or directly by credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use the payment system.
 
Delivery Charges
Delivery is charged based on your postcode. This is caluclated AFTER you have entered your address. We have also included them on this page for your information
 
UK Mainland - £6.95
UK Highlands - £8.95
Northern Ireland - £10.95
UK Islands - £9.95
Channel Islands - £15.00
Now Delivering to Eire
Ruggles Equestrian is also delivering to Soutern Ireland. All Eire consignments are at a fixed rate of £21.95 irrespective of the number of rugs purchased.
 
ALL delivery charges, for the time being, are per consignment, so whether you buy 1 rug or 20+, it will be the same price.
