Which Payment Options Do You Accept?

At Ruggles, we only accept UK sterling for payment. If you were looking to make a payment in a different currency, please get in touch to our team to discuss.

You can make your payments online through our secure payment gateway by using a credit or debit card, or with a PayPal account. Please note that you don’t need a PayPal account to make a payment.

Do I Have To Have An Account To Place An Order?

No, you don’t have to have an account to place an order. However, if you do have an account with us, then you can login at checkout, where your safely stored details will be ready for you to use when making your payment.

When Will My Order Arrive?

After receipt of full payment, your order will be dispatched the same or next working day. Typically, you will receive your delivery after 1-2 working days from when the parcel was dispatched for UK postcodes and longer for other European countries. If you would like to know the status of your delivery, don’t hesitate to contact our team for a full update.

If your country is not listed as an option for delivery, please e-mail to stating the rugs you require as we can process manually in these cases.

Will I Need To Sign For My Delivery?

Please note that due to the coronavirus, you will not be required to sign for your delivery. Please leave a safe location when you fill out ‘delivery instructions’ for the courier. All our couriers have a ‘contact-free delivery process’, which means that your parcel will be left in your safe location and won’t require a signature at these times. The driver will take a photo of the parcel when it has been delivered for proof of delivery.

How Do I Return An Order If It’s Not Right?

In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with the product, we do have a strict returns policy in place. You will need to use the returns form attached in your delivery. If you are unable to find the form, you can download it through our terms and conditions, here.

What Happens If The Product Is Damaged Or Faulty When It Arrives?

If the product is damaged during transit or there is a manufacturing fault detected, you will need to call for an RMA number. Our team will then replace your item once receiving the damaged product. A prepaid label will be e-mailed to you to print out for the return of the damaged item. However, if the item is out of stock, we will either suggest an alternative product or give you a full refund.

Can I Return An Order If The Product Is The Wrong Size?

If the product is the wrong size and you need a different size, we are able to replace the product with an alternative size. Please note that the product must be returned in the original packaging, with the original labels attached and ensure that it’s not soiled; it must be fit for resale. We would recommend that you try the rug on over a sheet on the horse to prevent any damage to the product. You will need to return the item within 14 days of purchase.

Which Size Should I Order?

We have created a guide to measuring your horse/pony/Shetland/miniature Shetland/donkey, so you can find the best Ruggles rug that will fit. All you will need is a tape measure and our guide will explain the areas of your horse/pony/Shetland/miniature Shetland/donkey that you will need to measure to ensure you get the right size when you order a rug from us.

At Ruggles, we have an extensive range of rugs for Shetlands, miniature Shetlands and donkeys, horses and ponies, and heavy horses, so every breed can have the appropriate rug during every season. From fly rugs, to turnout rugs, stable rugs, fleece rugs, walker/exercise sheets and even lycra hoods and body suits, you can find the size, style and colour that is suitable for your horse, pony, Shetland or donkey. Do You Stock Accessories?

In addition to a wide range of different rugs to fit all breeds, we also stock accessories at Ruggles. These include fly masks, saddle pads, headcollars and lead ropes, bags for storing rugs and rug accessories, such as clips, leg straps and fillet string. Our range of accessories also includes brushing boots and overreach boots, as well as chest expanders to attach to rugs for additional movement for your horse/pony or Shetland/miniature Shetland.

If you want to reproof your turnout rugs to maintain their waterproof properties, we have Re-proofer available for purchase too.
