100g Turnout With 100g Liner and Neck Cover 6’3

This is a pre-production sample and selling as one set which includes 100g 1200D turnout rug, 100g liner rug and 100g detachable neck.    Not in packaging and has been tried on a horse but not used so may be odd hair or mark on it but is not damaged.   This is being offered as a bargain price!

The rug is made from 1200D waterproof/breathable outer fabric. The underside of the rug has soft polyester lining which helps to prevent rubbing and keep the coat smooth and there are shoulder gussets which allow the horse easier movement which in itself helps to prevent friction on the coat. The rug has a generous tail flap with reflective strip and fillet string.  There are detachable webbing leg straps – the benefit here being that they are not sewn in so easy to remove if not required or to replace if get damaged as no sewing required.  There is a wither protector for the comfort of the horse and either side are Velcro fastenings for attaching the neck cover.  There are double adjustable surcingle straps with rubber washers to help stop the straps unfastening. At the chest there are double adjustable straps with D rings and quick release clips – the advantage here being that once the straps are adjusted to fit the horse it is very quick and easy to put on and off at the chest as just two clips to fasten.  There is also a Velcro patch at the chest for extra security.  There are reflective strips at the chest, hind quarters and on tail flap which are particularly useful if needing to lead horses on roads.  Taped seams also feature.  There are fastenings for attaching the liner rug when it is required.

The liner rug is 100g and has fleece wither and attachments for fastening to the outer rug.

The neck is 100g again with soft polyester lining.  It has Velcro fastenings for attaching to the rug and double neck fastenings with flap to protect.  The poll is elasticated which helps to keep the neck in place and helps to prevent rain/wind going down the mane line.
