DELIVERY UK AND EUROPE

At Ruggles we endeavour to dispatch goods the same or next working day.  We do not charge delivery to any U.K. address for standard delivery which is 2-4 working days depending on post code (Highlands and Islands tend to be the longer timescales). 

If your item is urgent and you require Next Working Day or a Saturday delivery then you are able to pay for this service - provided of course we receive the order by the cut off time which is indicated by the countdown clock.   Some post codes are excluded - please see list at bottom indicated with * for excluded post codes.

Next Working Day - £5.25

Saturday Delivery - £12.00

If you are worried about the progress of your order, please use the online contact page to send us a message.  Parcels will have tracking information to your e-mail address/mobile phone which will provide the most up to date information.  

EUROPE

We are now able to offer delivery to the majority of EU countries.  To comply with IOSS, in other words so you don't have to pay any taxes/charges, the value of the order is restricted.  So the price that you see is a delivered price with no additional charges applied.  Should you wish to purchase goods which go over the thresh hold please place multiple orders or contact us at sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk and we can quote accordingly for a different service.   If you are a business you are not able to order under the IOSS scheme - please contact us and we can quote accordingly.

EUROPE AND REST OF WORLD 

Many of our products are also available to purchase via E-bay.  They have a global shipping programme so when the items are added to the basket and the delivery country selected a total price will be given.   Due to their volumes they are often able to provide a better delivered price that we can currently achieve.

If you are unable to order via the website or E-bay please e-mail us on sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk stating your address, products/sizes required and we will provide a quote for you.

DELIVERY ISSUES All goods are sent out on a tracked service and you will receive tracking information to your mobile number and e-mail address (or whichever provided).   You will also receive a notification from us on the day the item is dispatched.   If your item does not get delivered within the timescales indicated (for UK post codes this should be within 1-4 working days maximum) then please let us know immediately.   Our carriers will only investigate non and mis-deliveries for UK post codes up to 7 days from date of dispatch and we are unable to claim for lost parcels after this timescale.   For EU deliveries - please advise us within 10 days if you have not received your item.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item for an exchange to a different size/colour we would request that you complete the Returns Form attached to your packing list and return with the item(s).  We will send replacements out at our cost on one occasion.  If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund then please complete the Returns Form and tick the refund box.  We aim to process returns within 1 working day.  The cost of returning these items to us is with the customer and must be received back within 30 days from date of order.  If you paid for Next Day or Saturday delivery, and the item was delivered on time (or attempted on time), no refund will be given for the carriage charge where unwanted goods are returned for a refund,

Very rarely goods might be received damaged, faulty or incorrectly picked.  In these instances we would ask that you contact us via e-mail to sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk (or telephone - 01572 717447) to advise the issue.  In these circumstances a prepaid label will be issued for the return of such an item and a replacement will be sent out within one working day.  We may ask for photographic evidence.
