Description
The donkey pull on fly mask with ears (Registered Design No: 6066551) is made from soft four-way stretch Lycra for a close, comfortable fit offering excellent protection from flies, bugs, and biting insects, as well as some UV protection.
It features a pull-on design, eliminating straps or zips that might come undone or cause rubbing. These donkey Lycra pull-on fly masks are a Registered Design of Ruggles and are not available elsewhere.
The mask includes mesh at the eye area, offering protection from insects while allowing good visibility and maintaining clearance away from the eyes. Lycra between the eyes helps keep the mesh away from the eye area. Generous eye holes and mesh provide good clearance from the delicate eye area.
The close-fit design tends to keep the masks in place very well; however, a head collar can be worn over it without affecting the fit, especially for donkeys prone to itching. This close fit also helps to prevent bugs and insects from crawling under the mask, reducing irritation.
The mask is conveniently packed in a bag suitable for storage when not in use. It is washable; we recommend hand or gentle cycle wash with a non-biological product, allowing it to dry naturally.
The masks are designed with extra-long ears and are currently available in three sizes.
- Donkey-XL: Suitable for large donkeys (possibly Cob size in brow band)
- Donkey-L: Suitable for standard donkeys (possibly Pony size in brow band)
- Donkey-S: Suitable for miniature donkeys (possibly Shetland size in brow band)
Donkeys vary significantly in sizing and ear length. While these masks fit a wide variety, we can't guarantee the ears will be suitable for every donkey, but they've proved a good fit for those we've tested.

EU COUNTRIES
Via the website we can now accept orders from most EU countries. Order values are restricted so that the goods can be sent under IOSS so in other words the prices you see are all inclusive so there will not be any taxes or charges payable before delivery. Should you require more items than the threshold allows please place a second order or contact us at sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk and we can arrange for a different service and quote accordingly.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange to a different size/colour we would request that you complete the Returns Form (on the reverse of the delivery note/invoice) and return with the item(s). We will send replacements out at our cost on one occasion.
If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund then please complete the Returns Form and tick the refund box. We aim to process returns within 1 - 2 working days. The cost of returning these items to us is with the customer and must be received back within 30 days from date of order. If you paid for Next Day, Express or Saturday delivery, and the item was delivered on time (or attempted on time), no refund will be given for the carriage charge where unwanted goods are returned for a refund.
All goods being returned for exchange or refund must be in original condition and in the original packaging with no paperwork/labels attached to the packing bag. Items must be clean and fit for resale. If an item is returned to us that is dirty or hairy then we are unable to process your return request and the product will be returned to you at your cost OR we can refund 40% off the original cost of the product. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and is for the protection and wellbeing of staff.
