The Heavy Horse 50g 1200D V2 neck cover is designed to fit the Heavy Horse V2 50g turnout rug or any other Heavy Horse V2 turnout – rugs listed separately. This range is specifically designed for the heavier breeds such as Shires, Clydesdales, Percherons etc.
The neck cover is made from the same 1200D waterproof/breathable Teflon™ coated outer as the rug and has a soft nylon lining to help keep the coat smooth and prevent rubbing.
There are Velcro fastenings for attaching to the turnout rug – listed separately. The neck cover has double Velcro straps on the underside of the neck to secure with a flap over to protect. A particularly good feature of the neck is that there is an elastic element at the poll which helps to prevent the neck slipping back and also to stop the rain and wind going down the mane line.
The neck cover is packed in a zipped bag with handles which is useful to store in when not being used and is machine washable.
There are three sizes of neck – Medium, Large and Extra Large. We would recommend Medium for the 6'0-6'3, Large 6'6-7'0 and Extra Large for the 7'3-7'6 as a guide.

EU COUNTRIES
Via the website we can now accept orders from most EU countries. Order values are restricted so that the goods can be sent under IOSS so in other words the prices you see are all inclusive so there will not be any taxes or charges payable before delivery. Should you require more items than the threshold allows please place a second order or contact us at sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk and we can arrange for a different service and quote accordingly.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange to a different size/colour we would request that you complete the Returns Form (on the reverse of the delivery note/invoice) and return with the item(s). We will send replacements out at our cost on one occasion.
If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund then please complete the Returns Form and tick the refund box. We aim to process returns within 1 - 2 working days. The cost of returning these items to us is with the customer and must be received back within 30 days from date of order. If you paid for Next Day, Express or Saturday delivery, and the item was delivered on time (or attempted on time), no refund will be given for the carriage charge where unwanted goods are returned for a refund.
All goods being returned for exchange or refund must be in original condition and in the original packaging with no paperwork/labels attached to the packing bag. Items must be clean and fit for resale. If an item is returned to us that is dirty or hairy then we are unable to process your return request and the product will be returned to you at your cost OR we can refund 40% off the original cost of the product. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and is for the protection and wellbeing of staff.
