The heavy horse middleweight 280g combo 1200D turnout rug has been designed specifically to fit the heavier breeds such as the Shire, Percheron, Clydesdale and so on, so it's deeper and more generous at the shoulder and chest.
Made from 1200D waterproof and breathable outer fabric, this rug is Teflon coated, providing extra protection, less staining, and moisture beading, keeping the rug lighter to handle in wet conditions.
The heavy horse 280g combo rug is cut extra deep and more generously at the chest to ensure a good fit on these broader builds of horse.
The rug features a soft nylon lining to help prevent rubbing and keep the coat smooth, with taped seams.
Other features include cross surcingles with rubber washers to help prevent unfastening, a generous tail flap with reflective strip, and generous shoulder pleats to allow ease of movement, helping to prevent friction.
It includes detachable webbing leg straps which can be removed if not required or easily replaced if damaged.
The rug features double adjustable chest straps with D rings and quick release clips which make putting it on and off quick and easy. Velcro at the chest offers extra security.
This rug has a generous combo neck with double neck fastenings and a flap for protection, along with an elasticated poll which helps to stop rain and wind going down the mane line, keeping the neck in place.
Reflective strips at the chest, hind quarters, and tail enhance visibility, especially on roads. The rug is machine washable and comes in a zipped bag with handles, perfect for storing when not in use.

EU COUNTRIES
Via the website we can now accept orders from most EU countries. Order values are restricted so that the goods can be sent under IOSS so in other words the prices you see are all inclusive so there will not be any taxes or charges payable before delivery. Should you require more items than the threshold allows please place a second order or contact us at sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk and we can arrange for a different service and quote accordingly.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange to a different size/colour we would request that you complete the Returns Form (on the reverse of the delivery note/invoice) and return with the item(s). We will send replacements out at our cost on one occasion.
If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund then please complete the Returns Form and tick the refund box. We aim to process returns within 1 - 2 working days. The cost of returning these items to us is with the customer and must be received back within 30 days from date of order. If you paid for Next Day, Express or Saturday delivery, and the item was delivered on time (or attempted on time), no refund will be given for the carriage charge where unwanted goods are returned for a refund.
All goods being returned for exchange or refund must be in original condition and in the original packaging with no paperwork/labels attached to the packing bag. Items must be clean and fit for resale. If an item is returned to us that is dirty or hairy then we are unable to process your return request and the product will be returned to you at your cost OR we can refund 40% off the original cost of the product. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and is for the protection and wellbeing of staff.
