The Shetland-miniature-donkey-Section A 100g V2 turnout rug is a standard rug but there are necks to match – listed separately.
We thoroughly recommend the 100g rugs as though they do not provide much warmth, the light layer of filling allows the air to circulate between the pony and the outer fabric which helps to keep the coat in good condition, especially in very wet and windy conditions.
The rug is made from 1200D waterproof and breathable outer fabric (5000mm/5000g/m2/24hrs), with a Teflon™ coating for enhanced resistance to moisture and staining.
The underside of the rug features a soft nylon lining to help prevent rubbing and keep the coat smooth. Shoulder gussets allow for ease of movement and reduce friction to the coat. There is a generous tail flap with a reflective strip.
This rug has double detachable webbing leg straps, making them easy to remove or replace if needed. The surcingle straps are adjustable and have rubber washers to help prevent them from unfastening.
At the chest, there are double adjustable straps with D rings and strong trigger clips. Once adjusted to fit, the pony can be quickly dressed or undressed using just two clips.
A wither protector is included for comfort, with Velcro fastenings on either side for neck attachment if needed (listed separately). A protective flap covers the Velcro when a neck isn't required.
Reflective strips are placed on the chest, hind quarters, and tail flap, helping to improve visibility, especially when leading on roads.
The rug is machine washable and comes packed in a zipped bag with handles, ideal for storage when not in use.

EU COUNTRIES
Via the website we can now accept orders from most EU countries. Order values are restricted so that the goods can be sent under IOSS so in other words the prices you see are all inclusive so there will not be any taxes or charges payable before delivery. Should you require more items than the threshold allows please place a second order or contact us at sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk and we can arrange for a different service and quote accordingly.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange to a different size/colour we would request that you complete the Returns Form (on the reverse of the delivery note/invoice) and return with the item(s). We will send replacements out at our cost on one occasion.
If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund then please complete the Returns Form and tick the refund box. We aim to process returns within 1 - 2 working days. The cost of returning these items to us is with the customer and must be received back within 30 days from date of order. If you paid for Next Day, Express or Saturday delivery, and the item was delivered on time (or attempted on time), no refund will be given for the carriage charge where unwanted goods are returned for a refund.
All goods being returned for exchange or refund must be in original condition and in the original packaging with no paperwork/labels attached to the packing bag. Items must be clean and fit for resale. If an item is returned to us that is dirty or hairy then we are unable to process your return request and the product will be returned to you at your cost OR we can refund 40% off the original cost of the product. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and is for the protection and wellbeing of staff.
