The new and improved heavy horse ultra light combo fly rug with ear holes is made from 100% 'diamond weave' lightweight yet strong nylon fabric. We have taken on board your comments and made our new version of this rug from softer but equally as strong material.
The fabric of this rug will offer your horse the protection from flies/insects that you would expect but the lighter weight fabric will help them to keep cool in the hotter weather. The rug is fully breathable and has soft nylon lining at the chest and along the mane line to help prevent rubbing.
The rug has a belly band with Velcro straps and over straps, giving double locking protection. There is a generous tail flap with fillet string and detachable leg straps. There are generous shoulder gussets which allow better freedom of movement and this can help prevent friction or rubbing. The close weave of the fabric and the strength makes it a good choice for those horses sensitive to bites or with conditions such as sweet itch.
At the chest, there are double adjustable chest straps with D rings and clips, so once adjusted, putting it on or off is quick and easy with just two clips. There is also Velcro for extra security.
The combo/fixed neck extends to the brow with ear holes that are fleece trimmed for comfort. There are extra inches in the mane line to accommodate grazing, providing full neck protection.
The rug comes packed in a zipped bag with handles, ideal for storing when not in use.

EU COUNTRIES
Via the website we can now accept orders from most EU countries. Order values are restricted so that the goods can be sent under IOSS so in other words the prices you see are all inclusive so there will not be any taxes or charges payable before delivery. Should you require more items than the threshold allows please place a second order or contact us at sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk and we can arrange for a different service and quote accordingly.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange to a different size/colour we would request that you complete the Returns Form (on the reverse of the delivery note/invoice) and return with the item(s). We will send replacements out at our cost on one occasion.
If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund then please complete the Returns Form and tick the refund box. We aim to process returns within 1 - 2 working days. The cost of returning these items to us is with the customer and must be received back within 30 days from date of order. If you paid for Next Day, Express or Saturday delivery, and the item was delivered on time (or attempted on time), no refund will be given for the carriage charge where unwanted goods are returned for a refund.
All goods being returned for exchange or refund must be in original condition and in the original packaging with no paperwork/labels attached to the packing bag. Items must be clean and fit for resale. If an item is returned to us that is dirty or hairy then we are unable to process your return request and the product will be returned to you at your cost OR we can refund 40% off the original cost of the product. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and is for the protection and wellbeing of staff.
