Description
We have re-introduced the Ruggles turnout hood with zip and ears. This hood is water repellent, shower proof, and protects your horse or pony from the elements. However, it is not fully waterproof due to the nature of the fabric.
Made from thicker, robust material, this hood offers warmth and features a satin mane and chest lining to help reduce rubbing and friction. The warmth reduces the need for a neck cover.
The hood features a robust zipper from chin to chest, aiding in easy wear and removal, along with a Velcro closure at the nose for extra security. Ears are included as standard. There is a shaped strap between the front legs, crafted from stretchy fabric, that connects to an adjustable girth strap with a clip fastening.
The turnout hood is machine washable – recommended on a cool/warm wash with a non-biological product. It should be allowed to dry naturally. It comes in a zipped bag for convenient storage when not in use.
When fitting the hood, it is recommended to position your horse so its muzzle touches the ground to ensure the fit does not compromise the eyes or is too loose on the face. Sizes based on rug dimensions: Small (5'0-5'6), Medium (5'9-6'0), Large (6'3-6'6), Extra Large (6'9-7'0).

EU COUNTRIES
Via the website we can now accept orders from most EU countries. Order values are restricted so that the goods can be sent under IOSS so in other words the prices you see are all inclusive so there will not be any taxes or charges payable before delivery. Should you require more items than the threshold allows please place a second order or contact us at sales@rugglesequestrian.co.uk and we can arrange for a different service and quote accordingly.

Returns
Returns
If you wish to return an item for an exchange to a different size/colour we would request that you complete the Returns Form (on the reverse of the delivery note/invoice) and return with the item(s). We will send replacements out at our cost on one occasion.
If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund then please complete the Returns Form and tick the refund box. We aim to process returns within 1 - 2 working days. The cost of returning these items to us is with the customer and must be received back within 30 days from date of order. If you paid for Next Day, Express or Saturday delivery, and the item was delivered on time (or attempted on time), no refund will be given for the carriage charge where unwanted goods are returned for a refund.
All goods being returned for exchange or refund must be in original condition and in the original packaging with no paperwork/labels attached to the packing bag. Items must be clean and fit for resale. If an item is returned to us that is dirty or hairy then we are unable to process your return request and the product will be returned to you at your cost OR we can refund 40% off the original cost of the product. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and is for the protection and wellbeing of staff.
